HITTING CLINIC

January 2024

The Hitting Clinic will meet 2x/week (Sundays and Wednesdays) for 4-weeks and cover all aspects of hitting (stance, grip, hand position, load, stride, swing path, utilizing the lower half, weight transfer, follow through, and balance) and feature many different drills and instruction to teach the correct fundamentals and improve technique. Each session will last 1 hour, so players will receive a total of 8 hours for the entire clinic. It is limited to 8 spots per age group in order to maximize the amount of instruction and repetitions per player. Current Georgetown Baseball Club coaching staff will serve as instructors (3 coaches per session).

1:00-2:00 p.m. (ages 6-8)
2:00-3:00 p.m. (ages 9-11)
3:00-4:00 p.m. (ages 12-14)

Wednesdays: 
5:30-6:30 p.m. (ages 6-8)
6:30-7:30 p.m. (ages 9-11)
7:30-8:30 p.m. (ages 12-14)
